Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flight Tickets & Group Fares
Refunding air tickets is subject directly to airline fare rules:
- Group Fares: Highly discounted tickets issued under Group Allotment slots are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Regular Tickets: Subject to airline cancellation penalties, plus a service fee charged by Global Travels & Tours.
- No-Show: Tickets classified as "No-Show" by the carrier are mostly non-refundable.
2. Visa Service Charges
Fees paid for tourist visas, eVisas, and consular document submissions are non-refundable once documents are submitted to immigration portals or foreign consulates. We charge standard document sorting and advisory fees which remain non-refundable.
3. Hajj & Umrah Pilgrimage Packages
Pilgrimage bookings require upfront logistics reservations in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, cancellations trigger these cancellation fee schedules:

4. Refund Processing Window
Approved refunds are credited to the customer's original payment channel or bank account. Processing takes approximately 7 to 15 business days from the receipt of approval confirmation.
